Osberg graduated from The George Washington University, Washington,
DC with a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration and Humboldt
State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Osberg is the Founder of Informed Partners, L.L.C.: A healthcare
consulting firm focused on offering business development services
and industry intelligence. He assists healthcare companies develop
Internet, financial, clinical, patient education and other HIT products
and services. He founded John C. Osberg & Associates in 1989. In
1993, merged with Perot Systems/Benton International--the banking/healthcare
consulting firm that was the implementation arm of the Hartford
Foundation's CHMIS program seeding regional health networks (CHINs--RHIO's
predecessors) around the USA. He has assisted corporations, banks,
providers, and payers with strategic business development--primarily
in the electronic data interchange (EDI), and transaction processing
segments of healthcare. He developed the first electronic eligibility
network; HCIN, a PCS Health Systems and EIC (now WebMD) initiative.
Mr. Osberg assisted with multiple healthcare initiatives to expand
credit card volumes and market share. In 1990 he published the first
comprehensive "Directory of Healthcare EDI Companies" and published
a quarterly newsletter: "EDI News". He has provided business development
services to a major clinical/electronic medical record system vendor.

Mr.
Osberg served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer, Transaction
Services Division, of the NASDAQ traded, then $500 million/year,
medical billing services company Medaphis Corporation for the 3-year
period ending 1997. He had management responsibility for electronic
claims/transaction processing companies and payer relationships.
He participated in a number of mergers and acquisitions focused
on strategic initiatives in the electronic data interchange (EDI)
and network services areas and negotiated several successful contracts
for Medaphis. In the mid-1980s, he served as Western Regional Director
for healthcare practice management systems at Harris/Lanier. During
the 1970s, he served as a senior executive in two California hospitals.

He
started a first generation managed-care information company called
IPA Information Systems, Inc. in 1978 and served as Vice President
of Sales/Marketing. In 1981 Mr. Osberg formed a multi-state physician
office practice management system company serving physicians and
dentists and became IBM's first VAR in that industry segment. He
participated in a nationwide physician practice management systems
company "roll-up" that lead to an initial public offering in 1999.
